This seems like a good weight loss plan if you’re at a loss as to what types of exercises are right for you and what types of foods to eat. You will get a body type quiz to figure out where your problem areas are, you will then get a customized eating plan and customized recipes and an 18 minute body sculpting exercise routine plus much more. It sounds like a good plan however I hope it promotes more cardio exercises (walking is a good start).
