Mini Exercise Tips to Lose Belly Fat
Fact is, a majority of people in America complain they have too much belly fat; a lot of people have no clue about how to eliminate their belly fat . Exercise alone will not get a flat stomach, you also need to eat the right foods, i.e. complex carbohydrates, low sugar and low fat foods.
Consuming foods high in fiber can help get a flatter tummy as fiber aids in digestion and helps increase metabolism.
Here’s a few quick tips to firm up and lose the belly fat:
If you work at a desk all day try getting up every 30 minutes to stretch a little or move around. Use the stairs as much as you can. Take a walk, jump on a mini trampoliine, do some jumping jacks… even if it’s only for 5 minutes at a time it will help. Pick up some light weights and do some strength training exercises or do some reverse crunches or push ups.
All of these tips will are great for a mini workout but to lose the belly fat for good you will need to discipline yourself to get more exercise (30 minutes a day is good) and start eating right.
