		<description>I would encourage to choose this diet for loosing wait steadily and surely. I have lost 7 pounds in two weeks and have maintained it for the past 8 months. My next goal is to loose 5 pounds more in the next few weeks. I just keep away from bad carbs and do my regular exercise. I never felt that I was starving while I was on this diet plan. Its a heaithy way of living. It has increased my HDL. Fortunately,I never had  high cholesterol. I am encouraged to give South Beach friendly recipes on my blog because of the same reason.</description>
